ATB and the DAV/MA
After the Bugles, Inc., (tm), a
501c3 public charity is a media and event production company that is working with the Disabled America Veterans
of Massachusetts (DAV/MA), which has endorsed our production of an introductory trailer, a documentary to raise money
for the benefit of the DAV/MA and its members.
With the endorsement of DAV/MA, After
The Bugles (ATB) is contacting individuals and businesses interested in sponsoring filmed productions related
to the plight of veteran's and / or their survivors. The filmed productions will be used to inform people (via community
and public broadcasting, public service announcements, and sponsored shows) of the needs of disabled vets,
to raise funds, and to serve as footage to be shown during a telethon, should one be produced.
ATB and DAV/MA are independent of each other. Though the
enumerated efforts of the documentary and telethon are not a joint venture in a legal sense, the parties are working toward
the common purpose of raising awareness plus raising funds.
For the past three years, ATB has been working
with DAV/MA. In addition to the documentary and telethon projects, ATB has volunteered advice and time for DAV/MA functions.
Through ATB's efforts, DAV/MA received approximately $10,000
in high-quality, brand-name sneakers to fulfill a request received from the Walter Reed Hospital for vets' needing sneakers
-- a result the government's lack of funding
for such a minor expense.
ATB has also provided photographic services, interenet related information,
and consultative advice to DAV/MA.
